Easy One Pot Chicken Ramen

  • 300g chicken breast
  • 1pack plain instant noodles
  • 200ml water
  • 1 free-range egg
  • 50g mozzarella
  • 3 spring onions
  • 50g sweetcorn
  • 1/2 red chilli
  • Sprinkling Nanami togarashi seasoning

  • First, dice the chicken breast and add to a frying pan with a little oil. Cook over a high heat until browned and completely cooked through.

  • Add the instant noodles to the pan on top of the chicken, cover with water and simmer for a minute or so. Once the noodles have softened, break them up with a fork so that they’re evenly combined with the chicken.

  • Crack the egg onto the centre of the noodles and sprinkle the cheese, chopped spring onion, sweetcorn and chilli slices on top.

  • Cook for a few more minutes (until the egg white turns completely white), then season to taste, and serve up. So simple.
